Our Appointment Fees & Costs & Commission
You pay an Initial Marketing Outlay cost which covers constructing and providing a copy of the Business Profile folder, listing on Real Commercial and newspaper advertising.  The outlay covers essential costs in preparing the Business Profile and listing the business for sale and is non-refundable if TRBB does not ultimately sell the business.  If further marketing costs or other specific costs are required for some purpose, these are  advised in writing first for your approval.
